I have used Kell's multiple times this year and their service has been top notch! With the help of... Aaron, I was able to get a load of top soil delivered to my house in hours after previous company cancelled on me. This saved me $$$$ as I had a skid steer rented and would have been shafted. Our landscaper sent us to Kell's to find black lava rocks for our fire pit. They did not disappoint... and we've been coming back for all our garden/ grass needs. Amazing service! I called over a month ago inquiring about an Iron Embers fire pit which they... didn’t have in stock at the time. Penny remembered our conversation and texted me that she had managed to find the exact 5’ pyramid firepit that we were looking for. Within a day we had it delivered and enjoyed a beautiful fire that evening.Her communication was prompt, friendly and she went above and beyond our expectations. I was looking around Innisfil for soil for my new veggie garden, and found Kell's Garden at 10th... line & 20thThe staff was so kind & explained the difference between each soil & mulch as well. Penny helped me pick all I needAT the end, I ordered 6 yards soil & 2 yards mulch + apple & cherry trees (lucky the only place I found a cherry tree late July)They delivered the soil & mulch the same day & was too kind to send me a hanging flowers basket...The soil is great triple mix, tomatoes& peppers growing fast & healthy & the mulch looks great a lot to my flower bed.Thanks Penny& Kell, you got a client for life!read more
